Ryan's Pork Tenderloin Glaze
Brendon Schafer- 2 oz bourbon
- 4 tbs butter
- 2 tsp Ryan's Pepperworks' Quintessential Jalapeño or Tropical Habanero
- 2 tsp dark brown sugar
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan over low heat and stir until sugar is dissolved
Oven method: Pour over finished pork tenderloin just before (2 minutes) removing from oven
Grill method: brush on tenderloin as you would bbq sauce
Sous Vide method: remove tenderloin from sous vide bag and place in cast iron pan, pour glaze over tenderloin and crisp exterior with torch, alternating basting and torching until exterior is browned
