Ryan's Classic Torchlight

How to prepare a honey syrup:
- Add 1 tablespoon of honey and two teaspoons of water to pan and gently warm it on medium heat until honey is dissolved

Preparing the drink:

In a shaker add 6 ice cubes and:

- honey syrup

- 2 oz Tequila Blanco (white tequila)

- 1 oz lime juice

- 6 dashes (or 1/2 tsp) Ryan's Pepperworks' Tropical Habanero

Shake and pour over ice in a rocks glass / tumbler

Garnish with a lime wedge
