DOOM is one of Ryan's earliest hot sauce creations, first made in 2000 in an attempt to make the hottest possible fermented hot sauce but with an incredible flavor to match that heat. 

DOOM is a perfect blend of apples, raisins, Ryan's select spices, habanero peppers, ghost peppers, scorpion peppers, and chili extract, slow fermented to bring that flavor to the forefront that's going to pair well with anything and may become your everyday sauce, and is highly recommended for grilled and barbecued meats and veggies.
